Our practice schedule changes every half year aligning with the shift from Autumn / Winter into Spring / Summer, ensuring energy and practice times are adjusted to suit the natural change in energy we all feel as the seasons shift.

IT'S A FEELING

Your practice experience is our number one priority and while the having the best teachers in Birmingham leading is you practice is a huge part of that, so is having a clean, fresh, well looked after studio that inspires a sense of calm.

YOGI COMMUNITY

We do our best to grow a strong community of yogis at the cabin with regular seasonal events such as our extended flow and social, workshops and most importantly a kind team of beautiful people to support all of our yogis at the cabin.
