What was your journey to becoming Head of Operation + Experience at IAY?
From seeing a flyer on the notice board in Costa Coffee (circa 2017) for a free yoga class at the glass house Village pub in Moseley, to regular glass house yogi, to proud Founding IAY member, to part-time reception TM at the cabin, to Head of Operation + Experience at IAY. It has been a long beautiful journey.
If you weren't working here what other job would you be doing?
I would be working on my vintage apparel empire and living by the sea.
How does practicing yoga impact your day to day life?
Through all the distractions life throws at you on the daily, yoga reminds me to love myself.
What's the best piece of advice you've been given?
You will never find the answer externally, the truth lies within.
