What was your journey to becoming a yoga teacher?
I fell in love with Yoga 20 years ago after being recommended to try it by a physio to help with running! I loved exploring the different styles and classes and had always wanted to share it with family and friends. A few years ago decided to do the training to certify to teach so that I can have some balance with my marketing day job :)
What's your favourite yoga pose or style + why?
Any balance pose: from classic Tree through to a Flying crow pose. I love how different balance can feel every day!
How does practicing yoga help your day to day life?
Helps pause millions of thoughts and focus on the here and now!

What does your downtime look like?
Walking or running outside - to get lots of fresh air!
