Winter Solstice Restore | Moseley Village

Join us for a special Winter Solstice extended RESTORE practice, where we embrace both the longest night and celebrate the return of the light.

This time of year invites us to slow down, reflect, and honour the cycles of nature.

What To Expect:

During this 90 minute restorative experience, we will move through gentle, nourishing postures that encourage deep relaxation and reflection, led by Nina.

Through mindful movement and stillness, we’ll create space to honour the lessons of the past year - embracing both its challenges and achievements.

As the practice deepens, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a restful meditation practice that will bring you into a state of deep relaxation.
